Workout motivation is something many people lack. I know of many gym goers who say they can’t train unless they have a workout partner or if a personal trainer pushes them. My advice, motivate yourself! It may sound ‘hard’ but, with a little discipline, it can be done. Once you start to see results, it becomes an addiction.
