My name is Reuel Payne and I strive to make good health my priority. My passion for strength training and a healthy lifestyle past twenty plus years has afforded me good health and a good quality of life.
I, like many others, take my health seriously. Being healthy is one thing but having the knowledge to STAY healthy is an extra asset.
The passion for this lifestyle is why I have always sought to impart what I have learned, and still learning, to others. It’s one thing to tell others about this wonderful lifestyle, but commencing and reaping the benefits opens a new level of comprehension and appreciation.
At Miami Norland I was a track and field and cross country athlete. After competing, still being in an athletic frame of mind, I wanted to stay physically fit. I began strength training as part of a healthy lifestyle regimen and haven’t stopped since.
I was a member at gyms from E&J Fitness and Solid Bodies Gym in Miami, Florida to Bodyquest Gym in the heart of Downtown Montreal, Canada to Gimnasio S.O.S. in Central America to several gyms on the island of Trinidad(West Indies).
My experiences have covered a lot of ground the past twenty plus years. Naturally there is no intention of slowing down, only a stronger desire to learn more, get stronger, get healthier, and have fun.
All of my advice is based on sound science, bonafide references included, and practical experiences.
