In one of my previous posts about focusing on one’s health I stated that Body Mass Index charts, BMI for short, are essentially flawed. A BMI Calculator, or BMI charts, do us injustice because apart from the standard three main body types(ectomorphs, endomorphs, mesomorphs) there are countless people with a combination of those body types with many varying genetical differences as well. EAA’s(Essential Amino Acids) are amino acids that the human body cannot make on its own, therefore they must be supplied through one’s diet.
